Soups

Taco Soup      

From: Mother Mary H.
1 lb. ground beef
1 16 oz. can kidney beans (optional)
2 16 oz. cans pinto beans
1 16 oz can tomatoes
1 10 oz. can Rotel tomatoes
1 16 oz. can whole grain corn
1 Hidden Valley Original Ranch dip mix
1 pkg. Taco Mix (I use Old El Paso, low sodium mix)

Cook the ground beef and pour the remaining ingredients in the meat.  Cook about 30-35 minutes.

Serve with sharp cheddar cheese, Tostitos or Fritos and taco sauce.  (Rice is a nice addition also.)
